• Most customers begin seeing results within 30 days of consistent use.

• Our products are not a magic fix, achieving optimal results, especially with body-sculpting products, requires a healthy lifestyle and regular exercise.

• All JuTeas products are made fresh, free from additives and preservatives.

• Shelf Life:

  • Refrigerated: 7-10 days

  • Frozen: Up to 3 weeks (thaw completely before refrigerating again; do not refreeze

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, & REFUNDS

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase to avoid a 50% restocking fee.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

• Only insured packages qualify for a refund or replacement.

• Damaged orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items sent to goj_admin@juteas.com.

• After 24 hours, refunds will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

• Customers have 7 days from the delivery date (including the 24-hour reporting window) to request a refund. After this period, all sales are final.

SHIPPING & PICKUP

ADDRESS & SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

• Garden of JuTeas is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

• The shipping address you provide at checkout is automatically transferred to UPS, our shipping carrier.

• Once your package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for delays or damages caused by UPS.

DELIVERY & INSURANCE

• We do not offer overnight or next-day shipping unless customer pays an additional $60 for priority ordering.

• Orders are shipped with a 2-3 day delivery guarantee via UPS.

• If a package is delayed or damaged by UPS, we are not liable unless the package was insured.

• Customers may purchase shipping insurance for $30 to cover potential losses, delays, or damages.

• Damaged packages must meet these conditions to qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Items inside must be broken or unusable.

  • The package must arrive at least 2 days late beyond the estimated delivery date.

LOCAL PICKUP

• Orders can be picked up ONLY on Mondays and Tuesdays.

• Pickup location details will be sent via email when your order is ready.

• Local customers may also opt for shipping if preferred.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING SCHEDULE

• Processing Time: 3-14 days (depending on order size and demand)

• Orders are processed on Sundays and Mondays.

• Orders ship out Monday - Saturdays!

• All orders are made fresh, requiring additional time for preparation.

TURNAROUND TIME

• Orders typically arrive within 14 business days from the order date.

• High demand may slightly extend shipping times, but we are continuously working to improve efficiency.

PRODUCT PREPARATION & STORAGE

• All products are made fresh using organic produce and herbs.

• Processing Time: 3-14 days, depending on the product type and order volume.

• Product-Specific Storage:

  • Dry Herbs: Store at room temperature; retain potency for up to one year.

  • Sea Moss Gel: Shelf life of 14-20 days (refrigerated).

  • Herbal Juices: Must be refrigerated, with a shelf life of 7-10 days.

  • Essential Oils: Store at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight.

PACKAGE INSURANCE

• Insurance can be purchased for $30 per order.

• Insurance does not need to be repurchased with every order, maintain a $30 balance in your account for coverage on future shipments.

• If unused, insurance funds remain available for future orders.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

• We do not ship partial orders unless you have multiple orders in the queue 

• If an item is out of stock for more than a week, we will refund that item’s cost and ship the remainder of your order as scheduled.
