Garden of JuTeas does not claim to cure any illnesses, disorders, or other medical issues. Our products are based on customer testimonials and research. As individual body chemistry varies, results may differ for everyone. It generally takes around 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) to begin seeing any results you aim to achieve. Our products are designed to support your journey but will not do all the work for you. To achieve the best results, especially when using body-sculpting products, we strongly recommend and encourage regular exercise. Garden of JuTeas products are made with all-natural ingredients, with no additives or preservatives. The shelf life for JuTeas products is 7-10 days when refrigerated and can be frozen for up to 3 weeks. Please completely thaw your drinks before refrigerating again. Do not refreeze.
Returns and Cancellations

All damaged packages must be reported within 24 hours to qualify for a replacement or refund. Please send a photo of the damaged items to customers@juteas.com

To avoid a 50% restocking fee, you must cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

JuTeas is not RESPONSIBLE for incorrect/undeliverable addresses. We do not input your address, the system automatically transfer your address from the website to our shipping host which is UPS...

Garden of JuTeas currently does not offer delivery services. Please contact us via email, social media, or our JuTeas mobile app for any shipping inquiries.

We use UPS as our shipping carrier.

Once your package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for it. If your package is delayed or damaged due to UPS errors, Garden of JuTeas is not liable for the damaged items. You may add insurance for $25.00 to cover replacements or refunds if your package is delayed or damaged. Damaged packages must have broken items or arrive 2 days after the estimated delivery date to qualify for a refund or replacement.

We do not currently offer overnight or next-day shipping.

Orders are shipped with a 2-3 day delivery guarantee. If delayed by UPS, Garden of JuTeas is not responsible unless the package is insured.

Orders can be picked up only on Tuesday and Saturday. Local orders follow the same processing as all other orders, and once ready, you will receive an email with the pickup location. Local customers may also choose shipping if preferred.
Processing & Shipping

Please allow 3-14 days (about 2 weeks) from the order date, depending on the size and time of your order.

All orders are made fresh. Please be patient as products are prepared the day before shipping.
Turnaround Time

The delivery time depends on your order date and the number of orders ahead of yours. Shipping dates may vary based on the weekly demand. Typically, it may take up to 7 business days to receive your order. As we expand our team, shipping times will improve.
Preparing Your Order
All products are made fresh using organic produce and herbs. Please allow 3-14 days for delivery, depending on the size and nature of the items ordered.

Dry herbs are brewed fresh and steep for 8-24 hours, depending on the blend.

Sea moss is freshly prepared, with a shelf life of 14-20 days.

Herbal juices combined with fresh produce have a shelf life of 7-10 days and must be refrigerated.

Dried herbs should be stored at room temperature and retain their potency for up to one year.

Essential oils should be kept at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight.
Package Insurance

Insurance can be purchased for $25.00 on the product page. If unused, the insurance amount will remain in your account for future needs. You only need to maintain a $25.00 balance for any mishaps, not repurchase insurance with every order.
Partial Packages

We do not ship partial packages. If an item will be out for longer than a week, we will refund the amount for the item and send the rest of your order on schedule. If you prefer to receive a partial shipment, you will be responsible for the handling and shipping costs. An email will be sent if any delays occur, and if you opt for two partial shipments, simply respond to the email, and we will invoice you for the second shipment. Any leftover balance from the first shipment will be automatically applied to the second shipment.
