  • Garden of JuTeas does not claim to diagnose, cure, or treat any medical conditions. Our products are formulated based on research and customer testimonials.

  • Individual results vary depending on body chemistry and consistency. Most customers see results within 30 daysof regular use.

  • Our products are not a magic fix—achieving optimal results, especially for body sculpting, requires a healthy lifestyle & regular exercise.

  • All JuTeas products are made fresh, free from additives & preservatives.

Shelf Life:

  • Refrigerated: 7-10 days

  • Frozen: Up to 3 weeks (Thaw completely before refrigerating again; do not refreeze.)

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, & REFUNDS

CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase to avoid a 50% restocking fee.

 

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

  • Only insured packages qualify for refunds or replacements.

  • Damaged orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos emailed to goj_admin@juteas.com.

  • After 24 hours, refunds are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

  • Customers have 7 days from delivery (including the 24-hour reporting window) to request a refund. After this period, all sales are final.

SHIPPING & PICKUP

ADDRESS & SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays or damages caused by UPS.

DELIVERY & INSURANCE

  • We do not offer overnight or next-day shipping unless the customer pays an additional $60 for priority processing.

  • Standard shipping: 2-3 day delivery guarantee via UPS (after processing is complete).

  • Customers can purchase shipping insurance for $30 to cover losses, delays, or damages.

Damaged Package Insurance Rules:

  • Items inside must be broken or unusable.

  • The package must arrive at least 2 days late beyond the estimated delivery date.

LOCAL PICKUP

  • Orders can be picked up ONLY on Mondays & Tuesdays.

  • Pickup location details are emailed when your order is ready.

  • Local customers can also choose shipping instead of pickup.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING SCHEDULE

  • Processing Time: 3-14 days (varies by order size & demand). Due to high demand and fresh preparation, orders may take 4-8 weeks to ship.

  • Order Processing Days: Sundays & Mondays.

  • Shipping Days: Monday - Saturday.

  • All products are handcrafted fresh, requiring additional time for preparation.

  • Orders typically arrive within 14 business days from the order date.

  • High demand may extend shipping times, but we continuously work to improve efficiency.

PRODUCT PREPARATION & STORAGE

  • All products are made fresh using organic herbs & produce.

  • Processing Time: 3-14 days, depending on order size & product type.

Storage Guidelines:

  • Dry Herbs: Store at room temperature; retains potency for up to 1 year.

  • Sea Moss Gel: Refrigerate; shelf life 14-20 days.

  • Herbal Juices: Refrigerate; shelf life 7-10 days.

  • Essential Oils: Store at room temperature, away from heat & direct sunlight.

PACKAGE INSURANCE

  • Insurance can be purchased for $30 per order.

  • Insurance funds can be used for future shipments if not needed immediately.

  • Insurance does not need to be repurchased for every order, maintain a $30 balance for coverage.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

  • We do not ship partial orders unless multiple orders are in queue.

  • If an item is out of stock for more than a week, we will refund the cost of that item and ship the rest as scheduled.
