GH102 will provide students with an in-depth understanding of how herbal remedies interact with different systems of the human body. Students will explore the anatomy and physiology of key body systems and learn to use herbs to support and enhance these systems. The course emphasizes the practical application of herbal knowledge to maintain health, prevent disease, and promote healing. Course Objectives By the end of this course, students will: -Understand the structure and function of major body systems. -Deeper understanding of the medicinal actions of the 25 herbs from GH101 + 25 new herbs and how they interact with specific body systems. -Be able to identify the most appropriate herbs for supporting each system. -Recognize potential herb-drug interactions. -Develop custom herbal treatments targeting specific health conditions related to body systems.
