CRASHED BY FORCE

For the last 3 months, JuTeas has shutdown business due to personal issues that had tremendous affects on business doing this time. As a business owners we sometimes suffer in our issues in silence because we don't want the world to know that we aren't always as strong as they see us to be. During this time, I learned a lot about myself and a lot about what I was faking also. The most important lesson I'd learn during this time would change my life and prospective in ways I'd only imagine.

See you can't run a successful business If your personal life is failing daily. If you're unhappy in your personal life, you'll never be successful in your business life and vice versa. Life requires a certain amount of balance to sustain any type of success in any area of our lives. See to the world, to my audience, to my customers, I showed happiness and healthy daily activities but inside I was unhappy, stressed and depressed. Anxiety filled my days and caused frustrations that prevented the focus I needed to run my business and my personal life successfully. How can I promote being healthy and living in happiness if I didn't possess either.

Nothing can grow when planting with fake soil but a bunch of mess, so not addressing the presenting issues the depression, the anxiety, the stress and just covering it up will only make things worse and even more worse. I'd found myself depending on everyone but myself and God for things only he could fix, heal and transform.


So here's 6 Wholeness Health Tips that will help you when dealing with life stresses...

  1. Everyday take a second or two to reflect on who you are and are you happy in your daily doings...

  2. Embrace you daily!!! You can't receive the love you desire if you aren't giving it to yourself first, so everyday look in the mirror and speak highly to yourself.

  3. When you start feeling down and not yourself, STOP and figure out what's going on and if need be talk to someone that will have a bias opinion and that can help you see the issue in a different prospective.

  4. Studies has shown that if you workout, it'll change the thought process in the brain.

  5. Some cravings and over eating comes from stress, recognize the signs that aren't normal for you and or that makes you feel unworthy.

  6. AND lastly, STOP being your biggest critic and start being your best supporter. We are perfect in our own way, so figure out your way and OWN IT...


To say the most, JuTeas is BACK and getting back into the groove of life!!! This time I can really be of serve because I realize that my gift will only get greater as I learn and sometimes running ahead of learning will set you back where you have NO choice but to sit down and learn first and lead with your knowledge after. Trusting the process is a long term commitment so learn to make long term commitments to yourself and be patient with yourself!
